GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF
Thank you Dr. Jamal and staff for what you do. Everyone is friendly and professional. I hate surgical procedures but like that I am in the hands of Dr. Jamal. Everyone I have encountered at the surgical center are extremely friendly and ready to help. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Listen but no follow through.
They listen well. They help find answers. If complicated, they look further. *** DONT get sick, feel pain, or need help if it’s not your appt time. No-Zero-NaDa- help after hours, weekends and holidays. I had to suffer with pain and bleeding Friday and all weekend after I had a “simple” procedure.

My interaction with OG was mostly pleasant. Office and medical staff were nice. However, I can’t give it 5 stars due to they never uploaded my test results to my patient portal when there is clearly a place for it to be. Also, there is no way to pay your bill online and mail has been a nightmare as of late so I now have to be worried if they are going to send it to collections for not paying before the 10th day which is today, a Sunday, and they’re closed. Not good

We met in the hospital when I was very ill. Spent a lot of time with Doctor Jamal. He was beyond helpful. I was in and out of hospital for over two years. We saw him virtually everyday. He never gave up on me! Still see him outside of hospital as a specialist. He helped save my life.

Horrible Doctor. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with fatty live disaese but he never told that I had to change my diet and style of life in order to improve my health, he never explain me the consecuences of fatty liver disaese. This year I retuned to his office and he ordered a liver fibroscan in March which shows that I have cirrhosis due to the fatty liver, but he wait until July to tell me that I have that condition, that is unacceptable. The worst experience in my life.

Nothing but circles, first appointment was with a PA and she seemed to do nothing but ask a few questions after almost 4 weeks I get a call to come back for another review of some previous testing with the PA. I really hope that at some point to meet specialist that I was referred to.

Can I do half a star? First, the guy talks to me as if I'm twelve and always asks where my mother is when I'm 23 years old. He NEVER listens when I tell him anything. Last procedure I had I told him that I could not have the certain medicine and he turns right to the nurse and tells her to just give me more and it messed up everything. His staff is so sloppy and terrible with schedule and just flat out rude. Unfortunate that I had to be stuck with him for as long as I was.

If you like screwed up appoints waiting for hours he's your guy. Only saw Dr when I was prepped for procedure and under anesthesia. The rest of the time you will be seeing his PA. While he may be a great Dr there is no respect for you time. And his office is adrift.
