Dr. El Harakeh was my doctor for at least 8 years
Dr. El Harekeh was excellent, patient and knowledgeable. He saved my life a couple of times and got me to a place where I hardly know I have a lung condition. I am greatly saddened that he abandoned all of us who depended on him for what appears to be greed based on Medicare's dreadful penalties. Medicare was certainly not damaged by this, only we patients. I don't think it worked to his advantage. Most of us must pay for insurance, including Medicare, and can't afford additional concierge charges. I'm assuming he moved somewhere and maybe established a conventional practice without having to face the embarrassment of the huge disservice he did to all of us in this community.

Good doctor
I have been very pleased with the care I’ve received from Dr El Harakeh, from the extensive testing to the treatment for the diagnosis. His care over the past couple of years has helped me immensely. He is a fine doctor.

This Doctor may be very well-learned but he has a lot to learn that patients come first. He failed to notify us that he was going to skip town. Pending visits and procedures were not taken in consideration.

Does not care and does not hide it.
No test results, unprepared.Do not trust him at all lied to me about how test results are received.testing professionals could not get any cooperation for information from staff or from Harakeh had to drive to office to get the info needed after phone calls and emails from testing professionals went unanswered had to go into the office and get the info and hand deliver it to all the testing sights.I had to reschedule a follow up appointment do to the fact that I could not get the testing done that he requested I do,It took 4 months to to get a prescription and a diagnosis of my condition when my condition was not that much of a mystery.Harakeh said I had asthma first appt then said I didnt second appt.My condition is not any better.

I feel he is very knowledgeable and on top of the game. He comes into exam room knowing all about me which few previous doctors have even though you fill out questionnaires way before appt. He has actually read it. I feel a bit rushed and kind of feel a bit of his impatience with me asking newly diagnosed questions. That said I would certainly return to him. His office staff is worse than horrible. They absolutely do NOT return phone calls. I had to make a trip to office to have acknowledgements of what I needed to be met with surly attitude. I don’t know if there are not enough or what but something really needs to be done about them.

Absolutely terrible the staff is very unprofessional very rude never returns calls or follows up on anything they have the attitude that you are bothering them with your health issues, heaven forbid you can’t breathe and need your prescription refilled,, good luck on trying to contact anyone there or get an answer or even take the time to send info to pharmacy. That entire office is terrible

Dr. El-Harakeh is very responsive and has done more for me in one visit than I have had in the past with other Doctors. I am excited to continue under his care and feel that his excellence will serve me in the future. I also love his sense of humor and caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Ali for over five years. He literally saved my life this year when he found Covid-19 pneumonia in my lungs after an ER doctor released me to come home four days earlier. He ordered me straight to the ER where I received the proper care I needed. I had been running fevers of 103.6

It is not easy to be lucky and find such good doctors. From the first visit he told me I can help you. Doctor Harakeh was very helpful and his staff was able to get me in to see him within 2 weeks. From the second dose of the medication I was 90 percent better. I am very happy and lucky to have him.

Waited too long in the waiting room . . . 45 minutes. Then, waited 15 more minutes in the examining room. He has little patience for the patient's questions, concerns or situation. He does not listen as he should or have a sensitive conversation.

I came to Dr. El-Harakeh because I had a recurrent cough that would not go away. He did a full work up on me and we discovered I have lung cancer. He is quick to refer and track the cancer while I have been working with an oncologist. A few weeks ago I came down with covid. I found out from a radiologist on Friday and Dr. El-H called me at home on Sunday and prescribed some immediate medication. I was hospitalized two days later when the symptoms worsened. I was in the hospital for a week. If not for his quick prescription of the medicine I am certain my hospital stay would have been worse. He has been a life saver and his staff are wonderful and responsive as well. I made a good choice in selecting Dr. El-H inspite of some of the negative reviews on this site and have been more than satisfied.
