His physician bio states that he believes in caring for his patients with compassion, however, this doctor did the opposite with me. He was cold and condescending and he made a terrifying event a million times worse for me. He did nothing to calm my fears, I felt like I could not ask him anything (it appeared as though I was bothering him by asking questions about MY care), and he even criticized me for cracking a smile. After my interaction with him, I went back to my husband and cried for a good 30 minutes. The experience I had with him was so bad, I’d cross the street to avoid this man.
