Dr.Din is very compassionate and helpful. He took time to visit with my husband and I and provided good information for me to make health decisions. HOWEVER, his front desk staff is horrible. Particularly a staffer Alexander. He was very rude and obnoxious. Additionally I had left an important message a week earlier and he had not relayed to Dr.

I am not
The doctor was rushed left out details when he told me I had beginning of dementia. Gave me pills, no explanation, I researched on line, the pills are ineffective. He ordered a blood test that required an auth. They failed to get it so ins denied and I got a 400.00 bill. I have been waiting over a month and called 2 x and they have failed to get an auth for a PET scan of the brain. He spent at most 5 minutes with me to tell me I have dementia from a one hour computer test he took. Truth is my thyroid is almost non functional and B 12 very low. They can be the cause of the slight memory problem on their test. I request a refill and it takes up to a week and follow up calls to get them to do their job. One time I had to drive over to the office after 5 days of no RX and obtain it myself. Not happy. Also I have been with him 5 years and this last year has been horrible

This office is just one debacle after another
This practice hurt me medically (with incorrect prescriptions), financially (with incorrect billing), wasted so much of my time (with incorrect appointments) and ultimately hurt my future healthcare by refusing to forward my records.

Clerical staff, back office competence,
We like Dr. Din a lot. over the years that my husband been treated by him as well as my Sister had encounter with difficulties with the Front Office, and back Office. We had signed release of information more than once so that my husband record be sent to his PC and this had never occurred. I just received a Discharged letter because I was aggressive (NOT DISRESPECTFUL) in trying to have the receptionist understand, to cooperate in looking for documents that someone from Tucson Office had sait would be be sent out to GV (wednesdays clinicals). she got frustrated and got someone from back Office to help her because she had no clue. the other person instructed her how to look in the computer and to print the information requested. I was getting charge almost $800.00 dollars from Sonora Quest for Labs that Were ordered by Dr. Din without CPT Codes. I got around and around by my Ins., Labs, Dr's Office and nobody seems to care. I called the main Office and talked with Channel. no help.

I liked Dr Din. He seemed very knowledgeable and listened. I had several tests fine in the office. I went back for the test results. I saw his NP, Polina. She asked why I was there. I told her to get the test results. She said my test results had not been read yet. It had been 3 weeks. She left the room. In 5 minutes she came back and said the test results were fine. She asked if I needed anything else. She didn’t want to discuss the test results. I asked if there were any other test that could be done to figure out what was wrong. I told her I was concerned because the symptoms seemed to point to MS. She said they did, but there were no other tests to be done. (Never did any imaging of my brain). I was offered some supplements (they sell) or a couple of other medications she thought might help. I get the impression that Dr Din is the rainmaker. After you see him once, you’re shunted off to his NP.

Outstanding and Thorough
I was recommended to Dr Din by Dr Jos. Baker, foot and ankle surgeon. My prior neurology test with another doctor several years ago had been superficial and unimpressive. Dr Din was amazing; he identified 5 areas that he would like more information on before sending me back to Dr Baker - an EMI; carotid artery ultrasounds (2); MRI Head; blood test and EMG lower extremities. His degree of thoroughness was impressive! I am returning to Dr Baker with Dr Din's results for evaluation.

Bad, Bad Office Staff
This is the most unprofessional medical office I've ever dealt with. My primary care doctor sent them a referral in September. I didn't hear a word. In October, I called and left a message. They called back to schedule an appointment, claiming they never received the referral (not true, I checked) and that besides, one wasn't needed anyway. The appointment was scheduled for December 20th. I went there today. Was told, oh, we don't have a referral for you. And we don't have your phone number (despite them calling me back and putting my address and phone number in their computer system when the appointment was made). And by the way, the doctor is out of town today at a conference.

Dr. Din listened to my peripheral neuralgia symptoms and explained my options clearly. The two OTC supplements he recommended already are producing improvements—reducing foot pain and burning. Finally, I have found the right specialist.

Dr. Dinn was the first doctor EVER to help me with my migraines. He listened to what I thought my triggers were, and helped me navigate around them. His staffed worked with my insurance to help me get on medications that he thought would help, which I greatly appreciated! My migraines are no longer the BIGGEST thing in my life and I am greatly for Dr.Dinn and his staff for helping me.

We were refused care twice because the patient had been involved in an auto accident and could not be seen despite having a referral and proper insurance coverage. He had a concussion and was recovering from a brain bleed and we were simply told to “hope everything is okay.” Ethically unacceptable.

For my first visit to the office I was greeted by the staff. Very professional and courteous. Dr. Din's medical colleague greeted me and listened to my concerns. Then Dr. Din comes in and we go over everything. I was so very happy that he listened to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and felt valued as a patient. The additional testing that was ordered was scheduled so quickly. I am very impressed with Dr. Din and the staff. Waiting on test results to find out the diagnosis. Thank you. Dianna Molczan

Dr Din is very pleasant and helpful with treating my migraines. He put me on a medication that has given me more help than I've had in years and I am have much fewer migraines. At one office visit I also had a slipped vertebrae in my lower back. I had gone to a PA for it but they didn't do much for me. Dr Din prescribed a course of steroids that made a world of difference for the pain and healing. I highly recommend him.
