Office manager continued to submit weekly Phlebotomy claims to in house out of network company in spite of my repeated discussion. At the end of the year I had to pay myself. I had major insurance provider and office required payment up front and I had to wait for refund of over payment even though I told them insurance deductible and out of pocket were met. Office manager was horrible! This was in 2016. Dr. O knows his business just needs an office manager who treats patients as people not cash cows!

In Oct, 2008 I fell and broke my leg had a compound fracture and broken ankle, when I was released from Hospital after 4 days, I went home with antibiotics and infection. I had a quarter size hole in my leg that didn't heal and kept getting deeper. Finally, in January, 2009 my Dr. decided that maybe he should send me to an infectious desease specialist and referred me to Dr. O. When I first saw him, he sent me to have a pic line put in and started antibiotcs 3 x's a week. He saved my leg.
