Great treatment by doctor and staff.

Staff lies consistently. Tells you to text #for emergency and doesn’t answer. Takes weeks for authorization for meds meaning you’re without them. Doesn’t return calls

The office was horrible. Never returned phone calls & didn't care about getting my sons medication authorized for him. I gave up after 2wekks of trying!

Unfortunately the staff doesn’t want to take responsibility for any tasks like authorization for medications I was told by the staff and the dr. himself that it’s to much work and to stop calling to make problems, to stop calling the staff to be disrespectful. Just to make something clear two days prior I spoke to the office manager regarding this issue. She was rude showed no compassion and very unprofessional. I needed to speak with the dr. I called as a new patient to make an appointment and was greeted with a very matter of fact response of "NO", when i asked if I could make an appointment. I was told that they were not accepting patients until February. When I asked if I could make an appointment for February, the response again was "No, you can't". For a practice that specializes in mental health, they should consider how they communicate with potential clients.

I went here religiously every 2 weeks for almost 8 years. The Dr. outright lied to me and told me by law I had to see him twice a month for my meds, and found out now he was a huge liar, because now I am seeing a doctor for the same meds once a month... They charged me $100 every 2 weeks and than had the nerve to raise my fee to $120 even though I told him I am self pay for everything including my expensive meds, and was having financial difficulties... Also took forever to call in my scripts...

Terrific doctor. Incredibly smart and the ultimate professional.

Hard to get a new patient appointment but well worth the wait. Few but great staff.

Horrible experience! Rude staff, dirty office...Dr. Haggag is nasty and rude!
