Good Doctor, But Kinda Intense
Of course, I am impressed he is a Harvard Medical School grad. I just wish he would not be so hurried, and not so intense. He did not put me at ease. He had a series of tests done on me and afterwards affirmed what was good but then let down the hammer, telling me I likely need an angiogram and possible stent. But with normal lipids and BP, I was taken aback. So, I got a 2nd opinion and learned there's a good chance my arteries are fine. And, that all I needed to do for now is increase my bicycling and drop 20 pounds.

Very Meticulous & Knowledgeable Doctor
In 2016 Dr Ross performed a LAD heart stent placement on me. He was very detailed explaining exactly what the procedure would involve. It was serious because another dr had left in the middle of it. I felt so relieved to have him as my surgeon and wish all were as knowledgeable and thorough as he is. You will be satisfied.

I made a duplicate payment to Arizona Cardiology Group and requested a refund. They refused to refund my money, holding it for use future claims even though the account in question was always paid on time and had no other outstanding balance. Deeply disturbing. We are in a bind needing to see the best qualified physicians available of course, but I strongly recommend avoiding this practice from an administrative standpoint if you are able and definitely delay payment until you have time to research your account position. I suspect this practice would 'keep' balances paid in error too without your knowledge. They just don't seem ethical.

Very well-trained. Although he is not warm and fuzzy, he knows what he is doing and is very direct in what a patient’s diagnosis is and what they must do. Only complaint...he is fast in getting in and out of visit..would love him to ask if patient has any concerns and take that moment to wait for an answer.
