Broken System. Failed follow-up.
I traveled out of state for autonomic nervous system testing because such testing is not available in Reno, NV. When I made the appointment at Stanford, we agreed that the follow-up would be online. I was able to find results of the testing on mychart. They were abnormal, but no doctor here in Reno would explain them or treat my problems. Stanford refused the promised video follow ups. I am too sick to travel back to Stanford. If you were worried about whether Stanford got paid enough money, don’t worry. This is called medicine? No decent, caring doctor would work in such a broken system.April 24, 2025

He is friendly & reassuring but after several Stanford-trained neuros over the years, this is reflects professional training. More rapid than other drs,he filled in the "blanks" rapidly incorrectly & set upon a course of testing that differ from proposed plan & how to be conducted (he was rushed, cost $, obscured results). A smiling face that isn't listening, is still a non-listening. He didn't submit prior-auth his RNs are rude, poor response/care - if you have EDS ---- RUN!

He did not listen to me at all, resulting in obvious misdiagnosis and many unnecessary tests. He also failed to submit proper insurance authorization requests resulting in lack of pre-authorization. I had to pay the full cost on these unnecessary tests. Stanford billing said that he just did not enter my appt. Info and test orders into the system, resulting in the costly mess. Went to express care, and had a much more adept dr.
