To long of a wait
Every time I make an appointment with this office I end up waiting an hour in the room to see the doctor or the PA. My time is valuable too

I have been a patient of Dr. Klausner 12+ years. He is caring, and thorough more than most doctors. He cares about your personal life that may affect your physical health. He is an excellent listener and never rushes me yet I almost never wait more than 15 minutes to see him.

Very thorough with nice bedside manner. Willing to answer questions completely. Never have left the office feeling that I don’t know what’s going on. Highly recommend.

I went in for a physical as a new patient, which went pretty smoothly, though Dr. Klausner has an aversion for eye contact. Afterwards, it took me over three weeks to get the results back for some routine bloodwork (I've gotten such results back from a free clinic in 5 days). When you try to contact the office, the receptionists will always refer you to doctor's voicemail, which he never responds to. Then, I got a bill in the mail that included a $30 charge my insurance wouldn't cover for an alc

Dr. Klausner takes the time needed to understand your concerns.........and he is fully as attentive and aggressive as we want him to be in pursuing the identification of, and action on, potential health risks! We especially appreciate that he can be reached, personally if need be, in matters of any urgency! His support group would do well to strive to match him in patient concern!
