staff service
At check-in I filled out the usual new patient paperwork, and in addition asked that no testing be done outside of Medicare and Supplemental Insurance and to stay within program guide lines.I had issues with energy levels and Dr. ordered tests. 6 weeks later I get a bill. My claim was denied by Medicare. Come to find out no pre-qualifying work was done.I called the Dr.'s office to see what went wrong, denied, they said. I asked if they had checked first, they said 'no'.Subsequently meet with Dr. Goyal who was to call(her office staff) the lab provider with the expectation that the amount due would be reduced. 5 months into this , no change.while I genuinely like Dr. Goyal, she or any Dr. is not any better than their staff if they are not reachable. Recently called and left a message for a return call, I was told that it could take up to 2 days.3 days now and on contact, and I am not even sure Dr. Goyal is aware that I called. Like shouting into the proverbial hole.

Amazing physician!
Dr. Goyal thoroughly explained the results of my annual blood work. The treatment at this facility is excellent, and I was given enough time.

She is one of the most incompetent doctors I have come across in a long time. Her lack of professionalism extended to her front desk staff. It’s sad that there are medical offices out there like this one.

Compassionate and quick to diagnose
Dr. Goyal is very compassionate and always makes sure to give us same day appointments when we are sick. Very thorough and detailed in addressing our concerns. Everyone in our family switched to her as she is the best and follows thru after referring to specialist and doesn’t let her patients juggle alone.

I had minimal engagement with this physician after having to endure a very disrespectful and argumentative front office staff member. This was my first time visiting trying to establish primary care and the front office staff was very rude. She greeted me by saying, “Um, yes can I help you with something?”. I found this to be very odd given this is a doc. office and patients would be coming in to be seen for an appointment. While filling out the forms which are received in what seems to be HIPAA violation (reusable laminated papers and perm. marker pens) the front office worker continued to be disrespectful to me in the tone and manner of which she spoke to me and several other patients. I decided I did not want to co to use establishing care and asked to cancel my appt. A very unprofessional argument ensued and the doctor finally came out to speak with me and argued with me on why I didn’t feel comfortable hearing “your appt is cancelled you can leave now” as reassuring.
