The clinic is super busy, but felt clean and tidy. Had to wait a good while between being intaked and seeing the doctor. Visit itself was quick and painless. She described my options and contingencies well. Got lab results sooner than expected.

We arrived 30 minutes early, didn’t get to see doctor until 20 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment. I had many questions relates to Wellness FOR WOMEN, doctor Patel said i need to schedule a NEW APPOINTMENT to answer my questions.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Patel. I will always remember her as being one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. What sets Dr. Patel apart is the quality of care she consistently brings to every interaction. She is knowledgeable, up to date with the latest information, thinks and responds quickly, exudes confidence, is calm under pressure. She is very matter of fact, yet she remains humble, relatable, kind, and brings positive energy into the room. When things got complicated during my pregnancy and labor I did not feel at all worried because I knew she was there leading me and her team through it and I was at ease knowing I would have the best outcome under her care. She is not only a great obgyn, but an outstanding doctor. I have wholeheartedly referred her to my family and friends. My babies and I were lucky to have her. She is highly recommended.

She is absolutely amazing, I had for a few years now doctors push my pain aside saying I was too young for it to be serious. Since day one I she took the time to listen to me and find out what the real problem was. Thankfully I now have an answer and a clear treatment path. She is very matter a fact and will work though all options with you. The office staff is polite but getting an appointment can be a pain. But the scheduling staff has always helped me find something that will work.

When the doctor arrived she introduced herself before even looking at my face. My appointment was extremely short. An annual is supposed to be a place any concerns are addressed. When I mentioned to my doctor that I had several concerns, she told me today we would only address the pap-smear and breast test and if I had other concerns I would have to schedule another appointment! I’ve been waiting for MONTHS to get a time in her agenda! She saw the deception in my eyes and asked me to continue and explain what was going on. I mentioned some concerns but none of them were really addressed. I felt uncomfortable even asking questions since the doctor seemed like she was in a hurry and not really interested in my concerns. Extremely disappointing.

Dr is very good in taking time to explain options and is conservative in her treatment. She is caring and kind However, the practice billing service lady is mean and not helpful at all

Dr was very compassionate and nice but their billing department is a nightmare. The lady lee was rude and unhelpful.
