She is a professional. She is very caring.
I love the staff. They have heart and answers questions as soon as the availability is there. Dr. Poole sets a beautiful example and you can tell how the rest of the staff follow suit.

I'm a current patient of Dr. Poole's and I absolutely adore her. I have have no complaints about the care she gives; however, her staff makes you want to find another doctor. They are rude, condescending, and arrogant. They make you feel as if you're inconveniencing them to do their job and how dare you? A quick comparison chart: Misty is Target Her staff is Walmart.

Went to the yearly check-up. Was a waste of insurance-covered visit and I feel like it's a borderline fraud. All she did was asking me if I was ready for Christmas. No, I'm ready for you to listen to my concerns and go over my blood work.

I appreciate Dr. Poole for working me in. I knew I had to wait but it was better than waiting in the emergency room. I never have felt rushed. She takes care of me and all my family. Thank you for all you do for us.

There is an old saying, Your staff will make you or break you. She may want to think about that. Adding too many new patients and rushing through visits seems to be the problem with her office. I realize that she is a mother and wife and that she doesn't like you complaining about her wait times just check her facebook for public posts about whining patients and why we should be more understanding but my wait times should not exceed 1 hour before I am ever called to the back. HARD to schedule!
