Horrible bed side manner. Didn't listen to patient
Horrible bed side manner.. Wouldn't listen to patient. Prescribed med for a condition then said patient didn't have the condition. Horrible office communications and no call backs.

Thorough, Caring, Trustworthy Neurologist
Dr. Beg examined me, listened to my problems and ordered tests that helped him make an accurate diagnosis for my issues. It’s refreshing to have a physician who doesn’t look at his watch during your appointment. Dr. Beg took the time to explain tests and medications that helped me.

40 minute wait in an empty office
I had an appt 2/21 . I waited 40 minutes. There was no other patients in the office. So I walked out never saw the Doctor. Kind of a crummy low budget office. Did not have a decent BP machine used a cheap wrist cuff that are very inaccurate

Kind & Caring Dr Who Listens Thoroughly
Dr Beg is a very thorough neurologist who not only reads the massive amount of previsit forms that one must fill out but he also asks plenty of questions and listens to your replies before going deeper to find the root cause of your concern. He is very methodical and evaluates all of the information that the patient shares before presenting his medical recommendations. I was impressed by his calm and friendly manner and was immediately put at ease in the first visit. His Nurse practitioner and front office staff were also friendly. While you may have to wait weeks to get an appointment with Dr Beg, once you are in his care, you know that you have made the correct choice of doctors. Thank you Dr Beg and Team.

All I can say is that Dr. Beg has left me in a incredible amount of pain before and after surgery. I will never forget my negative experience with him. He seem to think that he knows better than patients in how we feel. You are so wrong.

Dr. Beg has treated my chronic pain for the past 3 years. He has always been attentive to my concerns and explains things in a manner easily understood. I notice some reviewers described him as unsympathetic and dismissive, but he has never struck me as such; he is ,simply, all business. He asks direct questions and answers any questions and concerns you may have in a short and sweet manner. If I ever felt unclear about anything, Dr. Beg would spend extra time with me to ensure I was well aware of his treatment plan. Some may take that as him lacking compassion, but in my experience with him, he gives thorough yet brief answers. I would highly recommend Dr. Beg to anyone suffering with pain issues. I appreciate a doctor like him who doesn't attempt to sugar coat issues. Furthermore, his medical assistant, Courtney, is WONDERFUL and always returns phone calls same day! Unfortunately, I have moved out of the area so I am no longer a patient. I was fortunate to have been his patient.

I regret having to share that my experience with Dr. Beg was completely unsatisfying. I also learned that this survey does not allow enough characters for me to explain the Dr's insensitive demeanor toward me. In short, he resisted my effort to establish rapport, and made me feel like a subject in a lab experiment. Having waited over an hour and a half during my two visits, I concluded that he may have been technically competent, but greatly lacked basic social courtesy and people skills.

Dr Beg administered pain management as I addressed symptoms that ultimately were resolved with a neck fusion and two back fusions. He was very attentive to my situation and worked with me to control my pain as I worked through surgery and rehabilitation. Assisted in my goal of reducing medication as quickly as possible and always provided sound advice. He gets my highest recommendation.

Dr. Beg is negligent and a liar. My initial exam took maybe 15 minutes. He barely spoke to me, obviously did not read my previous physician's paperwork. . No one reviewed the MRI report. I asked for a refill on a medication the previous neurologist prescribed (in my records that were required before I could be a new patient) and he wrote the dosage incorrectly! If you're looking for real solutions to your medical issues, go elsewhere.

I was very disatisfied with my visit with Dr. Beg. From the moment he entered the room, he acted as if he had already decided he didn't care for me nor did he ever show any sign of kindness in the hour I spent with him. I was extremely disappointed with the time & money spent and left feeling like less than a human. Terrible bedside manner, the worst I've encountered yet! I do NOT recommend if you're seeking compassion of any kind.

Want to be made to feel that your a criminal? Dr Beg tries his best to achieve that. My recent visit started off with a very rude reception followed by a disintetrsted doc. He is accusitory accusitotry da implies that you are there seeking an illicit prescription. He heard nothging about my intetest in an allternative treatment plan.refused to contact my surgeon and did not read the report that I had in hand. He was more interested in an error on my current medication list a..
