Exceptional Patient Care.
Dr. Mirian Rivera Irizarry provided exceptional care during my visit last week. Her 21 plus years in the medical field are placed in service with all patients' every time they come in contact with her and her staff. Her attention to detail, compassionate approach, and thorough explanations made me and my wife feel comfortable and well-informed. I highly recommend Dr. Rivera to anyone in need of medical assistance and I give her a 5 rating. In addition, Dr. Lopez (the new provider in her office) is an added bonus. They make a perfect duo when it comes to the medical practice in the Osceola and Kissimmee area.

Clean Waiting room. COVID-19 spacing and wait outside options. Clearly answers question so I can understand the information. I was seen very quickly on each of my visits.

She is very rude. She discuss personal Information in front of other patients. The receptionist is very rude as well (her daughter) . Both are the same very rude people. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

The Dr. Rivera is not professional. It also treats patients with rudeness and the wait in the room is long. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about you, Dr. Rivera is not the right one.
