Dr. Miren Deurresti, MD

The two ladies that work at the front desk are horrible. They treat the patients in a belittling and humiliating manner. Besides them not answering the phone during office hours most of the time they have a horrible attitude. When it comes to sending referrals and pre authorizations for medications sometimes they feel like it is not their job and like I was told it is “EXTRA”. For numerous months I had issues picking up my prescribed medications at the pharmacy just because they did not want to fill out a pre authorization form and fax it to my insurance provider in order to for them to give me an extension on my medication. The final incident I had with them was that I showed up to my doctors appointment that was confirmed by them and they basically tell me “by the way we are not sure if your insurance is going to cover this visit or your prior visit neither”. My last visit was approximately a month ago and I couldn’t have received at least a courtesy call with an update regarding the

Dr. DE URRESTI, very professional and excellent ethics, she really cares for patients. I felt such a comfort under her care. For insurance purposes, I had to leave her, but thank God, I am back.

I met this Dr in her practice and I was very pleased with the first visit. Very professional, very charming Doctor, very helpful and very human. Something difficult to find nowadays. I definitely keep this Doctor as my PCP. I recommend her practice, very clean and she does not put covid patients along with non covid patients together so that is a plus also to add since I had the bad experience to visit another Dr recently that receives patients that want to do Covid tests in the same room where they put the rest of the patients for a regular visit. I am very happy to have find this Doctor DeUrresti. She is great!!

Saw her when going to urgent cre clinic. Very good.. professional. Too bad she does not have private practice.. only at urgent care.
