Rushed appointments, disorganized office
I'd suggest finding somewhere else. Lack of organization, questionable cleanliness of office, and rushed appointments are reasons to look for another facility.

Absolute worse doctor ever! She is extremely rude and NOT friendly at all! She completely ignores your concerns and i promise you will walk out of her office feeling robbed. She didn't believe me when i explained my symptoms and refused to even examine me! How does she even have a doctors license?

I give a less than minus review on this Doctor and staff! Dr Vikal only trusts and believes what her staff tells her! I’ve been going to her for awhile now, with less than adequate feelings about my care! Then I had a problem with the office staff a week or two ago, because it took a week and a half to get a prescription renewed, and they denied receiving a fax from the pharmacy! This of course angered me and I told them so, I said who’s lying you or the pharmacy? All they said was well contact the pharmacy? So I finally got my medication and I assumed it was over and done with? But oh no to my surprise and disgust I get a letter from the Doctor that she will no longer be my physician, Because I was “Rude to the Staff”? So the princesses in her office can just get away with mistakes and the Doctor doesn’t even ask the patient what happened?? I say good riddance to that dr and her staff! I was ready to look for a new doctor anyway ?

Absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. Her bedside manners are terrible, she has no couth. Her knowledge in everything I have seen her for in 5 years has been non existent. It was always quick/easy to get in to see her and now I know why. The front desk staff is phenomenal at least! So many doctors in the area to choose from—-don’t waste your time with this quack
