Dr. Ming Li, MD

If you care about your health and looking for a professional doctor, this is not the place for you. The WORST service we've ever experienced. I'm incredibly shocked that this clinic is still open with a doctor and employees that obviously do not care about their patients or even seem in the right state of mind. Receptionist said my dad was giving her too much work when he asked for a copy of his insurance statement as it was never sent to him. Dr. Li dismissed my mom's health concerns saying that we didn't want to pay (not true). She also started yelling at my parents saying that she was scared of them, even though they didn't raise their voice or do anything to provoke her, but she threatened to call the cops. Once my dad asked her why cops will be called, her demeanor changed and started apologizing saying that it was their fault. The whole situation is absolutely insane. Words can't describe the anger I feel for my parents to go through this while looking for medical help.

Very simple office, staff are friendly. Dr. Li is very thorough and it is the first time in 30 years that an endocrinologist gave me a complete exam. no other doctor ver checked my throat and looked for lumps. Sat me down and explained every detail of my symptoms. I also had insurance problems and had to pay cash even when her clerk at the desk spoke to my insurance and let her know that I am covered in and out of my stated coverage. I spoke to the doctor and she said it would be not problem

Worst human ever. I hope I never become as greedy as her! I have double insurance and my copay is 0-$9.00 a visit. She doesn't take credit cards and wouldn't see me because I might have to pay her a couple bucks! Waited for an hr and she told her assistant to have me come back with my possible copay or to find another Doctor!

I was at Dr Li's office recently. The staffs are courteous and friendly. I feel very comfortable in their office. They got me into an appointment really quick because I didn't feel well. I feel Dr Li is very knowledgeable and professional. She explained my condition clearly and have a detailed plan for my treatment. I feel much better after every appointment. She is a great endocrinologist!
