He canceled my appointment
He canceled my appointment 15 minutes before the appointment time (I was already on my way there) on the grounds that I was a new patient and needed more time than a 15-minute appointment to assess me. My appointment was for 4:45. I guess it was more important for him to leave at 5 pm than to see a new patient who was sick. If I had canceled 15 minutes prior to the appointment, I would have been charged for it! Shame on him.
