What a wonderful practice! The doctor spent over 30 minutes with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. He completed a thorough exam and everyone was so warm and friendly! My wait time was less than 10 mins after I signed in! I would highly recommend Dr Shastri to anyone looking for a Primary Care doctor who truly cares for his patients.

Milind Shastri is absolutely condescending and flat out rude. I got the feeling that he does not value other people's time and he could definitely use a course in professionalism. My appointment was at 230 and he saw me at 302. When he walked in the room I was waiting in we greeted and I asked him about the wait. He asked me have I ever been to Disney World or Universal Studios. Then he told me that he isn't a concierge doctor. He then asked where I had been seen before even in which I replied the VA. He said well this isn't the VA and I if I don't like long waits I can find another doctor. So I am doing just that. I can honestly say that I have never walked out of a doctors office so offended. Needless to say I will NOT be back.

SUPER RUDE! He talks to people like he doesn't care! Worst physician I have EVER encountered! The staff is very uninterested in working there. Takes FOREVER to get referrals and plan on being on hold for long periods of time if you call. No one is ever available! Office manager doesn't seem to care about any of patient's complaints! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
