Dr. TREVETTE HAS BEEN MY DR FOR 15 PLUS YEARS AND HAS BEEN MY ANGEL SINCE. SHE IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REALLY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS. SHE PROVIDES TLC. SHE HAS GREAT BED SIDE MANNER. I WILL BE LOOSING HER AS MY PRIMARY EFFECTIVE THE END OF THIS MONTH AND IT REALLY HURTS ME DUE TO NO LONGER ACCEPTING MY INSURANCE. I WILL MISS my Angel.

Not only is Dr. Trevett very friendly & knowledgeable, she makes you feel as though your thoughts & opinions matter. She makes sure that you are part of the decisionmaking process when it comes to your health instead of just telling you what to do. I really appreciate that she takes her time to listen to all if your concerns instead of rushing you through your appointment.

Office staff is horrible and rude whether in person or on the phone. My mother has been going there for years and it has gotten out of control. Can never get a straight answer as to what is going on with anything. My mother who is in her 70's had fallen and had x-rays done and they did not seem to think it was a big deal. I decided to take her to another doctor who sent her to a surgeon who looked at xrays and also found a mass in her lung which was by accident on the xrays they took. This is ridiculous. Thank god I took her to another doctor or we might not have known about this mass until it was too late. If you are not Spanish they treat you like dirt!! All the office staff needs to either have training on etiquite or be fired. Also it states wait time 10-15 that is so far from the truth my mom sat in the lobby with an appointment for over almost an hour and a half. No Dr visit should take 3 hours just to not be told whats going on!!!!
