I was a patient of Dr Silva. She close dthe office without notifying her patients. She did labs to me and now I dont have a way of not getting my records at all!! been sending emails to cima without respond. This is very dissapointed. Does someone knows if she is someplace else where can records medical record be found??? My reviews were excellent she seem perfect BUT WHAT HAPPEN THI SIS NOT PROFESIONAL.

Can't find my medical records, was sent to another specialist for testing, and Dr Mildred won't tell me what my results are workout me going into her office. But she moved her office to Tampa, so I'm told, with no paper trail. So how do I find out my test results?

This office is closed down and now my attorney can’t obtain my medical records! No sign on the door and no way to know what happened here . Very disappointing

I most recently had two refills given to me on my daily maintenance medication (for thyroid) I needed only one more. I was between insurance coverage after changing jobs and in the meantime was unable to afford an out-of-pocket office visit and blood work done at the lab. Obviously not an ideal situation, but one that can't be too rare. I contacted Dr. Silva's office and told them my situation and that in just a few weeks my new insurance would be active, however the Doctor STILL REFUSED to re

I went to see this doctor for an annual physical check up and I was charged $30.- because I was a new patient. The doctor talked to me and prescribed blood tests. I had to make another appointment with her in order to find out the interpretation of my blood tests. But when I went to see the doctor for the second time, again they charged $30.- even though my health insurance covers 100% the annual physical exam. I told them I would not pay the $30.- as it was an abuse!!!

I would give this doctor 0 stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE! First, this doctor prescribed me the wrong prescription that I picked up from Publix. It was not until the Pharmacist was going over the meds with me that I realized it was a muscle relaxer and not medication for my infection. Also, I have to wait at least 45 minutes after my appointment time each time I visit this doctor. Finally, I had to call 4 weeks straight in order to receive my results about an irregular test.

Very bad experience. I really dont understand why shes in medical profession. Very unprepared, unorganized, no knowledge of whats in my chart even though it was in her hands. My appt was for a follow up & she had no comments or suggestions of my lab or xray results. I had to queston & ask about my results & she acted as if it was a bother. Made me feel so uncomfortable & neglected. I will not go back. I now have to find a provider to transfer my results.
