Something has changed. Dr. Franz was an excellent doctor and we were very satisfied. However, after many years and referrals, when my wife was sick, because we had changed insurance, despite the long history together, this office failed my wife when she was sick and needed attention and refused to see her because of a paperwork glitch, which my wife explained, but they were not receptive. Meanwhile, she was sick. My grandfather, who was an MD always advised, "Never give a doctor a second chance." So sad, but I'm changing doctors, and suggesting my wife do the same. If you can't trust a doctor and a doctor can't trust you in your hour of need, then it's time to get a new doctor. She couldn't even get the doctor on the phone! The paperwork glitch was cleared up, but after so many years, not trusting your patient's integrity, especially when they need care, is reason for dismissal.

Dr Frantz is one of the most caring doctors I know she really listen and knows her medicine. Im never rushed and they are always so accommodating She helped me with a hormonal imbalance her office staff is just as caring and professional . LOVE HER !!!!!!!!!

I like this doctor, and have been with her about 3 years. unfortunately, it turns out that i have only seen her once in the 3 years, the first time. the rest have been with nurse practitioner. i don't mind that, but i would think that a patient should see the dr at least once a year. Am looking for another doctor.
