Dr. Mike Majmundar, MD

I got facial filler on Nov. 17, 2023. Dr. Majmundar says he nicked a vein when numbing me and caused a hematoma. Despite several visits back, my face is still a wreck. (Please see last photo below taken March 27.) Eleven days after the lump first became visible, he gave me a shot of hyaluronidase in an effort to fix the fiasco.When I then asked if I could get a refund (I paid more than $2900 for the initial visit) I was turned down. In fact, I was told the hyaluronidase shot he gave me cost HIM money. This, despite literal pain and suffering and looking like this for Christmas, my husband’s birthday, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day and now, Easter. If this is what you want from your provider, this is the place for you.

I had my rhinoplasty/chin implant/neck lipo with Mike Majmundar and can say every aspect of every procedure was bad.My nose is asymmetrical with one side collapsed with a large projection of cartilage protruding from the tip. When I inquired on why my nose looked asymmetrical following the cast removal I was told the graft slipped and to massage the asymmetrical area every day. I knew then that I was in trouble - no amount of massage was going to correct the obvious mess that was my nose. A revision rhinoplasty was never offered at any point although it was obvious to everyone that my surgery was not a success.My chin implant, which I never asked for or wanted but was strongly advised to get by Dr. Majmundar, is much too large for my face and one side of my chin protrudes further than the other. I had an infection within four months of my surgery and had to go on intense antibiotics to get it resolved. Dr Majmundar seemed less than concerned about it and never even followed up

I'm 6 months post op, and I wanted to update that my results from the surgery are better than what we expected. My initial experience was terrible, but my results are incredible. In fact, if I had to do this surgery again, I would choose Dr. M. I’m disappointed. I expected a higher standard of care. This is the last text I shared with Dr. Majmundar’s office on Friday December 16, a little more than 24 hours after having my entire scalp cut open. The text I received from them? Sorry, we’re out of the office. We will contact you during business hours. I had surgery Thursday, December 15th at 8 am. I was supposed to have a postop at 10:15 on Friday with Dr. Majmundar. I was contacted at 9:30 that there was an emergency with him, and I could see Dr. Kline at 11:15. I was ok with that. I mean, he’s also a surgeon. He would have my surgery notes and be able to answer any questions, right? No. He could not answer a single question.

I have been with Dr. Majmundar for many years. He had been very caring with my cosmetic journey. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any cosmetic procedures. He will always look out for your best interest

10. Dr. Majmundar is an excellent plastic surgeon! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their desired results. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a highly competent surgeon.

Run away as fast as you can. I do not recommend going to Mike Majmundar for any facial surgery. I completely regret my decision in selecting him as my surgeon and paying him $7,000 for truly horrible results. He offered to waive the surgeon's fee for a revision, but I would still have to pay a facility fee for his in-office surgery center. I would not ever trust him to lay a finger on my face again.

Horrible results from Mini face/neck lift. Dr does not stand behind his work. Unprofessional.

Excellent! Dr. Majmundar is both very professional and kind. He is also a perfectionist which I appreciated. Treatment has been excellent. His staff is also wonderful, especially the surgical team. Highly recommend.

I need revision surgery as well. Not recommended for ethnic rhinoplasty.
