I have been a patient if Dr. Tirado’s for many years and have recommended him to other family members. He has a good bedside manner, is knowledgeable , and competent. He is very reliable and always calls back when I have a question related to my condition.

Dr. Tirado is a great doctor! He is very kind, caring and always there whenever you have a medical concern. He constantly reassures me and is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. I Highly recommend!

Dr. Tirado is without a doubt the best on the island. Not only is he a great doctor, but he treats you like a friend/family. He is very informative, kind, compassionate and patient in every way. He has guided and helped my family during some tough times with nothing but great advice and direction. My name is Anthony Bramante and I had Covid 19 for the first time in October 2022 and I was frightened and didn't know what to do. I left a message and a photo of test with Doctor Tirado,he didn't waste any time and as soon as he showed up for work,he wrote me a prescription for Paxlovid and I was taking the medicine the same day. It put my mind at ease knowing that the medicine was going to cure me and make me feel better,by the second day I started feeling a lot better and after day 5 of medicine I was on my way to recovery. I had covid a second time this February 2023 and Doctor Tirado called me and helped again to get through it. I could not be happier with a doctor that truely showed that he cared about me . Kind and lovely staff thoughtful and efficient

As someone who struggles with anxiety, Dr Tirado goes out of his way to make sure his patients are always comfortable, and cared for with the utmost level of respect. He takes the time to explain things, and doesn’t make me feel like he’s rushing through our appointment. He is compassionate in his nature and excellent at what he does. I am so happy with him as my doctor.

Dr Tirado is so attentive and kind. He cares for both my parents like they are his own. He has always been there for our family especially during the difficult times. Dr Tirado is a physician that truly cares and gives exceptional care.

Dr. Tirado is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very patient. He listens to my concerns, gives me options in my plan of care, and thoroughly explains things . He is not only my doctor but I recommended my elderly parents be under his care as well.

My visit with Dr. Tirado was amazing! He was genuine, honest and most importantly knowledgeable. I have already told my friends to make an appointment with him.

I've been seeing Dr. Tirado for about 7 years. I won't see anyone else outside of his office. He has an amazing bedside manner, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and just a great person aside from doctor. He takes the time to listen to you, gives great feedback and is very down to earth. I would pay out of pocket and travel a great distance to see him. Aside from that the girls that work there are just as wonderful.

Horrible office staff!!! The most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever experienced!

Horrible experience for the last year. Sent my bloodwork to wrong lab sent to collections. They said they would fix the problem it was their fault.1 year later Quest wants their money. I'm still in collections .went today Dr. Tirado was rude and arrogant. Told me its not his problem and stood up for me to leave meanwhile I paid 30.00 co pay to be treated so rude.

Dr. Tirado was very disrespectful. During our phone conversation regarding my mother 's care he cursed at me and said for me to get to the point. He never apologized for his inappropriate behavior. I would not refer this doctor to anyone. His behavior appeared to be irrational.

Dr.Tirado, you have been great. Thank you. Unfortunately, your staff behaves untrustworthy when you're not there. Whoever the management is there, allows it. They make unnecessary phone calls trying to coerce your patients to come in for an additional check up, and when the P.A. Austin sees your patients, he just talks to them, tries to say flattering words to us, but he doesn't actually do his job. Seems like a nice person, but if they're going to be billing patients' insurance numerous times, then the least they can make sure of to do, is a full checkup. Not just to look good on paper, and the whole job has to be done all over again. Dr.Tirado, I hope your phonecalls are recorded, so that you can hear the truth of what really goes on, in how inconsiderate the receptionists there have a tendency to talk to your patients in a rude manner. They have no respect for patients' time.Please hire new management and receptionists who will respect your establishment and your patients.Thank you.

I’m fortunate to have him as my Dr. The man has the patience of a Saint to deal w/ all crazy -S.I New Yorkers. If you go shopping at Costco you know what I’m saying.
