Dr. Silva is one of the best Pediatricians I have ever visited. He is super knowledgeable and extremely kind. His entire office staff feels like family. Although the wait times can be long, I would rather come here than go somewhere else. My kids have been going to him their entire lives and he feels like family. Always takes the time to hear my concerns.

He is a very good Doctor ive been taking my kids ther for years the problum is the staf and his WIFE they are very rude and make u wait over an hour in the loby then they call u insede to wait another 30 minutes untill u see the Doctor its insane u get there before they open and they still make u wait and having a child sick they dont iven call me anymore if i take mybson to the hospital they use to and they use to call the day before to remind u that u have an apointment the next day

Take for ever to see this doctor and after waiting 2 1/2 he just stay 5 minutes with my son and did something wrong to him ... So have to take my kid to emergency room and now keep seeing a specialistic neurology for my Bby....

Dr. Silva may be a good doctor and very thorough but he lacks in communication skills at times, not all the time but I decided to see someone else in the office from now on. I didn't like his tone of voice with me when I asked him to get my grand son tested for his once a week throwing up. The staff is friendly most of the time -- but it takes too long to be seen. The waiting time is ridiculous. I have waited as long as almost two hours. Not good

I have been trying to get an authorization from Dr. Silva's office since for 4 weeks and still have not gotten one. Am on hold right now for over 30 min, have asked for the office manager twice but to busy to help me and won't return phone calls. I suggest going elsewhere. Patients need a doctor and staff that is available to help them when needed. His staff is so bad it is hard to be respectful of the doctor.
