No return calls from Dr. for 91 yr old woman
No visit since the 2020 pandemic, Pt has called to make in person visit, however was told she could not be seen until Aug. 2022. This patient has not had any face to face contact with the Dr. in 2 yrs. She has some concerns and issues with her health, a phone call was made on 5-25 to speak with the Dr. Grangers nurse Amber, I was sent to the voice mail, however to no avail my phone call was never returned to this date. This is a paying patient who has the very best of insurance that can go anywhere for treatment but choose to stay in her neighborhood and treat with a local physician. However I don't think there is any urgency by the Dr. to find out what is going on with her health. She 91 yrs old, having tingling in her feet, has had no blood test or any test for Cancer thru form of colonoscopy or alternate colonoscopy choices. As a result we made a phone call to Washington U. and got an appt rt away due to her age.

This is a complaint in East St. Louis that occurred after discharge from a healthcare facility that would not provide a discharge plan. Dr. Granger did not do a thorough evaluation to treat disabled patient which resulted in a major and advanced condition a week later? Now permanent irreversible damages. Failure in providing proper medication, and attention to a regular patient with a obvious health change! Not helpful with communications, and supplying appropriate home health care serv
