Her office is dirty and messy. That's only part of it.

They were very professional from the phone call through the entire procedure. Dr Ly was kind and toook care of my problem. I would highly recomnend her. She knows what she is doing. She is sweet and soft spoken

The worst doctor on the island!

Was rude, condescending and impatient. Office needs cleaning (dirty rug in exam, better just having the lineoleum). She makes you feel stupid when you ask questions. Checked for skin cancer. Exam was so superficial that I feel I must get check again by another doctor, of course. Drs. here in Maui have a bad attitude because it's slim pickings to find a good doctor and they know that so you have to put up with their poop. So sad. They charge fees the same as in the mainland and yet one gets very poor medical attention. Their attitude, "go back to the mainland."

Worst doctor I have ever had. Mrs Ly is curt and uncaring. Rude at times. Appointments are awful, there is no point being on time. You will still have to wait over an hour to be seen. This is my second follow up visit. Cane here for a boil. I give her 1 star ?? for being free since I have MedQuest. I do not thinkI had to do a follow up since she drained the boil on my first visit. Obviously she will milk MedQuest for this second visit which lasted 30 seconds, she just me. “ Oh it’s as flat as it gets. Great ???? sarcasm.

Was very poor she was constantly texting on her phone while i was in room with her. Very un professional i wished i read reviews prior to seeing her
