Have had multiple horrible experiences. I called because I tested positive for COVID and I was told I needed to be checked by a doctor to see how my lungs were doing. They told me I had to go to the ER. But the ER said that wasn’t necessary I just needed to be check and possible given steroids or an inhaler. I was given the run around multiple times. They finally scheduled me for a tela health visit with Dr. Roby. I hadn’t heard from them so I waited 15 mins from when the appointment was set and then decided to call them. She had cancelled the appointment and no one had contacted me about it. Finally went to some other doctor and he was amazing!! He listened to my chest, sent in a prescription for steroids and an inhaler.

Dr. Roby is amazing. She’s very professional and knowledgeable in her profession. I moved here from a different state so needed to establish a new doctor here to continue with my medication and other things. I got in the next day. Dr. Roby listened tentatively to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She genuinely cares about her patient’s health and well-being. I’m so glad I got her as my doctor!

Micia is the worst "Doctor" I have ever meet. She is arrogant, and talks down to you. She didn't listen to anything I had to say. She did all the talking. I left without getting anything accomplished. She is worthless.
