2 months ago I called because I needed a necessary medication (she is my primary) I wanted to teledoc so I could get my medication they said no you need to be seen in person. Appointment was 2 months away. Yesterday they call me and say it’s a teledoc! So since I need my medicine I say okay then she never calls for appointment! This is so unprofessional and unacceptable! My sister went to her too and they have canceled her appointment 4 times. Now she can’t even get her records from them.

Doesn't keep appointments and Doesn't return calls for weeks on end. I am a cancer survivor and she bills my insurance for appointments she didn't keep. Would get better treatment at morgue.

Dr Yates was filling in for my doctor during his absence. This is the first time I have spoken to Dr Yates and she came across extremely professional, caring and took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. I was extremely impressed with this doctor and would recommend her to anyone.

Helpful caring doctor
Dr. Yates staff is fantastic! They are kind, listen well, and answer all questions I ask. It is really easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Yates herself is fantastic! She has demonstrated that she cares about me a great deal. She took the time to get to ask me questions about my life to get to know me as a person. Dr. Yates listens, asks me questions, and let's me ask as many questions that I have. She does her best to try to solve the problem before sending me to a specialist because she told me she believes in trying to save the patient money if she can. If what she tries doesn't work she sends me to a specialist and if that specialist isn't able to solve the problem, she sends me to a different specialist so the problem can be solved. I am very thankful I found her!
