We recently switched to a different pediatrician, although we had been with Dr Loftis for 10 years. My kids weren't comfortable seeing her, they actually dreaded it. Frankly I did too sometimes. I feel like she is a proponent of over medication, regardless of side-affects. She can be very condescending, and even a tad cruel. I always felt judged as a mother on our visits. She is very smart and knowledgeable, but not very kind. Hence the 2 out of 5 star rating.

We have been with Dr Loftis since our twin girls were born in 2008. She is a wonderful and warm dr. She will take time to listen to you and answer your questions. She is great with the twins and they really take to her. The only complaint I have is sometimes the wait time is annoying , but such is life if she was a busy day with lots of families. We will remain with her, as she service and staff are great!
