Dr. Michelle LeBlanc, MD

When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, I told my regular doctor that I didn’t want someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. He said Dr LeBlanc was the BEST BREAST SURGEON in WNC. I brought along a friend (retired NP) and Dr LeBlanc explained everything to me in terms I could understand and explained everything in technical terms to my friend. She is a fantastic doctor that explains everything, answers all questions, gives the time necessary, is beyond honest, ethical, and caring, if you have a problem she will bring you in for an appointment within a day, and she is extremely supportive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Dr LeBlanc is so far beyond excellent. She is a lifesaver!

Excellent care, listened, made me laugh which is so important to me, encouraging. Surgery went very well. Follow up appointments have been professional as well as warm and inviting.

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr LeBlanc after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She was the first doctor I saw and she made me feel confident that I had made the right decision. She is compassionate and thoughtful in her treatment, with an individual approach to each patient. When I had complications, she stepped up and became an advocate for the next step, and worked with me on getting my surgery done as quickly as possible. She is skilled surgeon and left me with minimal scarring and good range of motion. She has returned my call after hours and even texted with me when necessary in order to alleviate my concerns through some difficult times. I have been so impressed with her care. When I leave her office, she says call me if you need me and I know she actually means it. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer any family or friends to her.

Dr. Leblanc has done two of my surgeries and several biopsies. She is a WONDERFUL doctor. She cares about what she is doing and she talks it through with you. You're not just a number with her. I highly recommend her. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, also.

Dr. LeBlanc is very friendly and caring. She will take time to answer any questions or concerns you have. She will explain exactly what she is going to do. She did my lumpectomy and removed some lymph nodes. She is a very skilled surgeon. She and her nurse, Teresa, do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Nice, butI needed a plastic surgeon afterwards to repair the look of the incisions. Make sure you know exactly and I do mean exactly what areas the surgery covers.
