Stay FAR away - would give zero stars if I could
Not good. The NP I was seeing, who was wonderful, left the practice. I am sure because of the the way the office staff and providers acted - it was clear they all just about hated each other! I called about 4 times and never got a call back to reschedule - just a text saying 'we have been trying to contact you' - bizarre. Today, when I got a human finally (my revist was supposed to be yesterday), I said that I needed an appointment and-without even being asked my name or if I was having any issues I wasti told 'Just so you know we have no appointments until August!' So much for the practice taking care of my diabetes! Now I am left with no healthcare provider! When asked how I could get my records I was spoken down to by the office person - wish I had gotten a name (had an English or Irish accent). Hope my blood glucose remains stable until I can arrange to see another Endocrinologist-which is not easy to find! StonyBrook has no responsibility for patients in their care! BAD!

I saw Dr. Jardine for Testosterone replacement therapy for over 10 years. Her PA's gave me a shot every 3 weeks and took care of me that whole time. Never a problem.

Absolute worst ...staff is a joke they are rude ... they are judgmental people who really have no idea what it is like to live with a chronic disease but feel the need to pass judgement ... will never return to this practice , have never been treated so poorly in my life ...And true about never seeing the doctor always the PA .. wouldn’t recommend this practice to my worst enemy ... wish I didn’t have to give her even one star

Avoid this office at all cost. Staff and specialist are rude and not helpful. They do the bare minimum. Nobody references back to past charts. You will be laughed at for concerns you bring up. And if you have an emergency and ask to be seen prepared to be told to visit your local urgent care. If you care at all about your health go somewhere else. These doctors are negligent and unprofessional.

There is absolutely zero communication in this office between the dr and the np. The dr forgets to chart samples she gives you which makes ins auth impossible. The np doesn't chart symptoms you tell her and doesn't compare current bloodwork with past to see if there are any changes, again, making ins auths impossible. Dr and np are notorious for not sending rxs to the pharmacy, and when you call the office to find out what's going on, expect an annoyed call back 3 days later with no explination

This is the worst place to try to get to talk to someone with a question. All you get when you call are the automated prompts, and if none of those are what you need, you get sent back to the main prompt. No operator available.
