Dr Jackson is a wonderful doctor. She listens and spends time with me discussing my health issues. She has always been very attention to detail oriented. I think she is the best there is.

Took my mom to 3 visits to Dr J and she was my favorite doctor of all time. BUT, doctor J quit West Mobile Primary Care without sending a letter, no phone call, nothing. Found out after pharmacy has been faxing them for days for a refill and zero response. Left hanging.

I have been a patient of Dr Jackson’s for many years. I trust her completely. She takes time to listen and has always taken very good care of me. She truly cares about her patients. I am a nurse and I know many of the Dr’s in Mobile and finding one that cares, will take time with you and not just push more medication at you is indeed rare.

She has been my doctor for the past nine years. She has always been attentive and was always able to take the time to go over any tests I had. She was also my husband's doctor. To say she was excellant is an understatement.

The staff there is AWEFUL I went there today to sign paperwork and Michelle Anderson office manager locker the front door of office on me and would not let me in. So needless to say I'm finding a new doctor

Just called several times to get an appt and the answering service does not take messages call back in 10 mins. I have call 3xs so far. I see why I started going to Urgent Care.

I was informed by your nurse today that they do not even check the answering service calls from a weekend request for an appointment until later in the mornings on Monday. I spoke to someone (Andrea or Amanda) that answered the phone this morning and she said she would call back and she did not. I made 2 other calls, before I had a call back. It was the 3rd call before anyone asked any particular information about the issue. I didn't fee like the medical staff cared.

I HAVE A HISTORY OF 36 YRS BACK INJURY AND CANCER,LOTS OF DOCTORS,SO I THINK I AM COMPETENT TO RATE DR JACKSON,SHE IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY, ALWAYS LATE, OFFICE IS VERY HOT, UNCOMFORTABLY COLD IN BACK, WAIT TIME IS 1.5 TO 2 HOURS ON A GOOD DAY,3 ON A BAD DAY, NEVER GO AT DINNER TIME,YOU WILL LEAVE BEFORE YOU ARE SEEN,,,,THE ENTIRE STAFF IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT,I RECOMMEND,JACKSON TO NO ONE,,,, BE ASSURED,I HAVE NO PERSONAL AXE TO GRIND,I HATE INCOMPETENCE,

I have used Ms. Jackson for the last time. Every time that I have seen her, I have waited a ridiculous amount of time. Most recent, I had a 3:00 appt and walked out at 5:00 That is uncalled for. They never even called to check on me. I felt like the plants in her office...they were completely dead. She rushes in and hurrys me out. Her staff is clowning around all the time. She is not thorough with her treatment. Her office hot up front and cold in the back. Everyone complains about this issue.

Just go to urgent care- you will save yourself so much trouble. They don't answer calls, there's an answering machine, but you will never get a call back. I have never had Rx's called in or done correctly. Need same day? No way, even if you can get them to the phone. The worst.
