Dr. Michelle Charfen is a class act
If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Michelle Charfan (at Urgent Care), pinch yourself now. She treated my teen with so much care. Answered questions and promptly sent him for an x-ray. She and the radiologist weren’t 100% in agreement and she recommended seeing an orthopedic and re-wrapped him, taught him to use crutches and was incredibly encouraging. Two days later, she’s called me to follow-up. She has the best bedside manner, as did all the staff the we encountered.

Dr. Charfen stitched up a huge gash I got from a surfing accident - she was super friendly, and did such an amazing job you can barely even see the scar! Thank you Dr. Charfen!! : )

We took my daughter to the ER and was very pleased with Dr Charfen. It’s very hard to come across Doctors that explain and listen. She was very caring and understanding. She even called to follow up a few days later.
