I have been a patient of Dr Bricker’s for many years. She has continually provided excellent compassionate care throughout the years. Her staff has also been with her for many years and they have always been professional and kind to me.

Dr Bricker was amazing. She couldn’t perform my procedure because after listening to my heart, she determined I was in AFIB. I was in shock. She contacted a cardiologist for me and I had an appointment within an hour. This was the Friday before a holiday. She also contacted me that evening to see how I was. She is kind, professional and very good at her job.

My mother and I have had nothing but trouble from both Dr. Bricker and her staff. Both her and the receptionist were completely rude both times I was referred to her. I've informerd who I need to about the situation; I know nothing will probably happen but the way she treats people or just me is ridiculous and unacceptable. I also informed the doctors that referred me to her of the situation, and they were appalled at how I was treated, and couldn't believe the way that office handles patients.
