Original appointment went well. Subsequent appointments were horrible. She refuses to listen and was arrogant and dismissive. Very uncaring and cold. Horrible bedside manner. Not the kind of doctor you would want for your family.

She has been my Doctor for several years and it has been a great relationship built on mutual respect and trust. I would recommend her, but the problem would be that it would make it tougher for me to get an appointment.

If you are looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated, you can do no better than Dr. Benes. She listens, speaks with you, not to you and respects your opinions. She is informed and answers all questions clearly. A visit with Dr. Benes is definitely a positive experience. Gerry K.

My 97 year-old mother has been a patient of Dr Benes' for years ! We, as a family, could not be more pleased with the level and quality of her care. Her knowledge and professionalism is above reproach and she is genuinely kind and supportive of my mom (and me !). She always takes the time necessary to listen carefully; assesses my mom's needs and/or concerns; and suggests proactive measures to address every issue my mom presents. She is truly THE BEST and her wonderful staff is too !

Dr. and staff cold. Did not read my history. I moved 2 years ago and have been 3 others doctors. I saw Dr because my dr just left the practice. Dr. decided to recite me the doctors I have seen in Omaha. and Why? I came because of my depression. I am a cancer survivor and I have never met a doctor so .... She is probably a good dr., but I will never know.

I had the pleasure of not only working with Dr.Benes for four years but also seeing her as a patient. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of her patient's are taken care of. She is very knowledgable and thorough. Dr.Benes is very professional but also makes her patient's feel right at home. She has so much compassion for what she does. I recommend her to everyone I know!

She lied to me, telling me that an ultrasound came back indicating no lumps found. A test, done a month earlier which found a lump and even measured it. The ultrasound tech suggested I retest in a month to check for any change. And the doctor I saw, that same day, told me the actual size of that small lump, and agreed a follow up measurement would be wise. Unfortunately that follow-up ultrasound never happened, because Dr. Benes claimed nothing was found on the first one, which was a lie..
