Dr. Arneson is probably my favorite doctor I've ever seen. I've seen quite a few. She listens like she cares which isn't always the case.

Dr. Arneson and her staff repeatedly treat me with dismissive regard. I literally was yelled at for inquiring about a 5 day pending medicine refill.

I was very pleased with the amount of time and conversation that my doctor took with me. Even the personal part of the visit is VERY important to make a patient feel more trust and confidence. This is too often missing from many medical visits these days. I appreciated it!

The Dr was wonderful!

I'm 52 and in the past, I've had difficulty finding a primary doctor that I "clicked with". I started seeing Dr Arneson a couple of years ago. I really like her. She's professional yet down to earth. She listens to me and doesn't rush through appointments. She doesn't talk down to me. I do not like taking drugs. I have some health complaints and she is working with me, thinks outside the box if necessary. Highly recommend.

I thought she was great at first, unfortunately... Seeing her for the same problem for over a year, I was told, it's in my head, if you lost weight it would feel better, you're perceiving pain differently, that problem isn't related, any time something was wrong, she grasped onto the first possible answer and ended it there. In the end... My blatant condition went undiagnosed, now I am debilitated and I need surgery. It took my new doctor about 10 minutes looking through the tests she ordered and tests I had done under her care to find the problem and follow up to make sure. Doctor's are doctors because they have the knowledge and want to heal people. She may want to heal people, but knowledge nor drive to find the real problem is not a quality I observed.
