During the process of my diagnosis, I initially saw another neurologist who had a private practice. That doctor personally spent approximately 20 minutes total with me between 2 visits, and wrote me off as having anxiety, initially. That being said, seeing Dr. Apperson gave us a sense of relief and she showed care and concern. She spent 2 hrs w/us in the consult. Listens to symptoms. Explains. She diagnosed me within 3 months and got me started on meds ASAP. She's amazing!
