Thank you, Dr. Chu for your honesty, optimism, and professionalism since day one. While we didn’t end up using RMA for IVF because we became naturally pregnant the same day we were going to start treatment, the entire staff was always, kind, warm, and encouraging throughout the consultation, testing and imaging phases. Thank you: nurse Roe for your encouragement and sharing your tips on how to alleviate morning sickness, I remember you each time I drink an ice-cold glass of water. Kaitlin, thank you for making the scans easy for me to interpret and for being positive. Fiona, your soothing words and kind demeanor always made getting blood drawn a dream, even at the initial visit where 12 vials were taken. Sadia, thank for making the finances behind RMA easy to understand and for your lovely phone call congratulating us when we got the positive test. Nurse Josephine who shared the entire journey with us from day one to graduating from RMA. Finally nurse Lisa for saying: you’r pregnant!

Dr. Chu was an amazing doctor. I had gone through a long journey through IVF and I appreciate her knowledge support and reassurance. She did not give up me! She is great!

This is a review RMA my Doctor, Dr. Michelline Chu. I started seeing her at RMA in West Orange about 2 1/2 years ago as I wasn’t able to have a child and needed help. She was very friendly and welcoming and asked a lot of questions to get to the root of my potential problem. she quickly came up with a plan of testing to pinpoint what the problem was shortly there after I had an answer and a plan .she decided I IVF was best for me and my husband and I proceeded with her support every step of the way. we went through two cycles of IVF and I was able to have my son with one of the embryos from the first round of IVF. Implantation and pregnancy happened on the 1st try. Dr. Chu and her team were available all the time to answer my questions. Dr. Chu is a phenomenal doctor and I would recommend her and have recommended her to few people already . if you are having fertility issues she is definitely the person you want to see.

Dr. Chu is knowledgeable, efficient, and humorous. It's a nice journey being her patient.

Would you like the most painful transvaginal ultrasound of your life? Would you like to get zero communication before a probe is shoved up your vagina? Would you like the opposite of trauma-informed care? Would you like to be ignored when you state that you're in pain? Request Dr. Chu at your next monitoring appt at RMA. Maybe it's because I was an outside monitoring patient and not doing my cycle through RMA. Maybe she was tired (but aren't we all when we have to show up at 5:45 am for 6am monitoring?). Maybe I caught her on a bad day. All I have to say is I pray I never have to have her for my ultrasounds ever again.

She's awesome! She's supportive, caring and very knowledgeable.
