Dr. Pepperell is THE BEST of THE BEST. I've been a patient for over 10 years and should've done a review years ago. She is so smart and knowledgable. She has an excellent bedside manner. She truly cares. Dr. Pepperell asks many questions and is beyond thorough. She did my hysterectomy many years ago and the scar was so tiny and it's already faded. I have referred several of my friends to Dr. Pepperell and they love her. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pepperell. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pepperell.

Dr. Pepperell is a good knowledgeable doctor. But she has a very conflicting personality and is not personable with her patients. Here is why: 1. When I was pregnant with my 1st baby I deliver in Baylor frisco. Loved the hospital. BUT when I was pregnant with my 2ND. child I had to change hospitals because she had a problem with the Baylor Frisco. 2. I got a letter that she had issues with the other members with her practiceAs a LOYAL patient. I decided to go with her and did all the paperwork I needed to do. ( SECOND PERSONALITY ISSUE THAT AFFECTS ME) 3. I made the appt. She changed it 3 times and for those three times I had to change my schedule and arrange care for my kids. I got the new address wrong So finally I arrive there 20 min. ( I previously call) btw running to get there I sprained my ankle and she canceled my appt. 4. Tried to go back to the other drs. But couldnt bc. of the conflict of dr. pepperell they weren't taking back any previous patients of hers.

I found Dr. Pepperell after moving to the metroplex and have always been impressed with her approach to explaining conditions, taking time to chat about concerns and providing amazing care. She has had mostly great nurses during the 7 years I've gone to her as well. When I was unexpectedly pregnant at 37, she helped me through a high risk pregnancy, the C-section and the after care. I would recommend her to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Michele Pepperell. I've been to her for the past 7 years. I had a rough pregnancy and spent two months on hospital bed rest but her and the team of doctors helped get me all the way to 37 weeks. She delivered my baby boy via csection on October 6, 2016. I'm so thankful for all of their staff. Because of them I gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
