Friendly, thorough but unhurried. No complaints at all.

I felt stupid for making an appointment 3 days after a rough intentional flu onset. I knew I was dehydrated but couldn't get enough fluids down. Dealing with being very cold, headache and light colored stool. I was afraid i had an infection, but told it was just going to need time to run its course. She did test for strep, although no respiratory complaints. I asked how to treat dehydration with my high blood pressure and diabetes, she gave some information I could order on Amazon if I couldn't find liquid iv at the grocery or pharmacy. I have learned to be my own health advocate, which I can do. But I respect her and I deserve the same. I'm changing doctors!

Dr Ostrowski has provided excellent care for me for years. She is very professional, listens intently addressing each issue providing excellent treatment plans, instructions with ongoing support as needed. Highly recommend.

The worst doctor Experience I’ve ever had. Run if you see her name.

She treated me like I was an idiot and like I was wasting her time. She didn’t want to be there. She blamed my upper respiratory issue on my diabetes. She didn’t want to hear my responses about the big changes I have been making. Like how I’ve lost 9 pounds and have been getting better sugar readings, giving up soda ect. She was talking so fast that I couldn't keep up. I asked her to write it down or print it out and she refused saying she would put it on the portal. She refused to accommodate me. I have adhd and sometimes struggle with remembering some details. She could have approached the whole situation in a kinder matter… but she was to busy sitting on her high horse and being judgmental. If I had to choose between being sick or going to her i would pick sick every time.. she left me feeling worse and unheard.

Needed to find a new PCP, And scheduled with Dr. Ostrowski. For several reasons, I could hardly wait until I found someone else to go to!!!

Dr. Ostrowski doesn't cuddle however she listens to all of your concerns with compassion, and professionalism and a little bit of humor. She is very knowledgeable regarding covering all the my health issues including mental and physical. So happy I finally found a physician that can handle my weirdness. Thanks Dr Michele Ostrowski and staff

Dr. O is very thorough in her dealings with my many problems. She listens to what is going on with me. I never feel like there is a hand on my back guiding me through the office and out the door. I couldn't ask for a more caring Doctor.

I needed to switch to Dr. Ostrowski from a different doctor in the same office, because I could not schedule an appointment successfully for approximately 3 years. On my first appointment as a new patient, she listened and recommended. She know when to recommend a specific specialist when it exceeds her expertise as a general practitioner/family doctor. She has always left notes from appointments in my online account so that I may read them and understand anything beyond our office visit. I have noticed as I have had more appointments and she's gotten to know me as a patient, she has taken more interest in my health and what I am doing to follow her recommendations. She even scheduled an advance appointment when I had some specific health concerns after leaving messages on her machine. I have been able to communicate with her, and her nurse, through the online portal and they have responded with a day, if not same day. I appreciate her diligence and honesty when it comes to my concerns and she has renewed my faith and confidence in the practice that I once tried to move away from. Anyone that thinks she is not a good physician, may first need to examine if they are actually a good patient. Thank you, Dr., Ostrowski.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Michelle earlier this year in January, because my insurance changed and I had to pick a new primary. As she walked into the room, the first words out of her mouth were not "Hello", they were "What do you want?" in this really rude tone. I was there to talk over prescriptions and current medical conditions I have. She had no interest in my health. When I explained that I have fibromyalgia, she automatically wanted to send me to a specialist because she doesn't have time for new patient issues. Well if that's the case, why would she have "Accepting New Patients" on her website???? She also didn't want to refill prescriptions needed to maintain/control my fibromyalgia condition. Dr. Michelle is the WORSE primary care physician I have ever had! Don't waste your time with this doctor. Now I am on my husbands insurance, and am able to go back to my favorite Doctor, who was the one to diagnose my fibromyalgia and had also controlled it. Dr. Sue at t

Unsympathetic and lacks empathy. Not interested in your pain and the answer to all of life’s problems seems to be a bottle of norco. Be warned, go find a gp somewhere else. I have never had a dr so dinterested in what I have to say. I have to go into the”my chart”and read the diagnosis (which was wrong in one case) and research my own condition if this gives one an idea of how disinterested the dr is in your health. She is uncaring unsympathetic doesn't listen to you disinterested misdiagnosis explains nothing absolutely unsympathetic when you're describing how horrendous your pain is from a multitude of issues and does nothing to resolve your health problems

Find someone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. O for years. She has always displayed a concern for my health and takes the time necessary to understand my issues. I highly recommend her.
