Best pediatrician for 20+ yearss
Dr. Marshall has taken care of 3 of my kids. She always takes time with us and listens to our concerns. She is very knowledgeable and my kids love her. I wouldn't see any other pediatrician. It will be sad when the youngest turns 18 and we stop seeing her.

Dr. Marshall is amazing! All three of my kids see her, and she is very understanding and patient. She takes all the time to listen and really cares about her patients. I completely trust her advice and love how she listens to a mom’s intuitions. She’s the best!

I cannot day enough good things about Dr. Marshall, both as a mom and as a nurse. I switched my children about two years ago from a different pediatrician and i could not be happier! She is so thorough and does not rush through appointments, and actually listens to concerns. I have seen others review with complaints on wait times (has never been an issue for me) but I’m sure this is because she is so thorough with each patient! I have never had a problem getting a sick visit appointment either!

The wait time at this office is ridiculous. Easily there an hour and 15 minutes for every check up. I called to ask a question about medicine and was told a nurse would call me back. I’ve now waited an hour and a half while my child is miserable. Gave up and called my sister who is a nurse. And here’s the worst part, Dr. Marshall has now referred to my little girl as a “he, him, little buddy” for two visits in a row. Know who your patient is. Only reason we’re at this practice is bc of insurance

The wait time is out of control (over 45 minutes). I understand that it’s very easy to fall behind at an office, but it should not be every time we have a scheduled appointment. The waiting may even be slightly more tolerable if I didn’t have to deal with attitudes from the front desk AND the assistants. It’s like half of them have never been around children, or they hate being around them. One or the other. And if you have a special needs child, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr. Marshall is extremely thorough. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. She's patient and always willing to answer questions and easy to understand but detailed explanations. Our daughter has been seeing her since she was born and I'm so glad that we found her.

Dr. Marshall has been my pediatrician all my life. Every visit I go to I have to wait long amounts of time no matter what the set time of my appointment is. Very recently I had an appointment for a shot set for 3:00 I showed up 20 minutes early and got taken back at 3:00 but I didn't receive my shot until after 4:00. This is a reoccurring problem. This office should work on organization and time management because I've missed multiple events because of pointless wait time. would never recommend.
