Dr. Michele Feinberg, MD

Dr. Feinberg was so caring in her dealings with us and our child. She combined her deep medical knowledge with an open manner and true concern for and connection with our child. We feel so grateful and comfortable with Dr. Feinberg.

Dr. Feinberg was great with my child and me and put both of us at ease. Very attentive and caring and kind. Highly recommend.

Dr. Feinberg has a very cold,stiff and socially awkward demeanor - surprising for someone who has chosen to work with kids. Does not connect well with kids (or adults for that matter), has a very flat affect that can be off-putting and does not seem to genuinely care for her patients. Not accessible, does not respond/read her emails or listen to her phone messages and does not proactively connect or collaborate with other care providers. Can be dismissive, snarky, disinterested and lacks the intellectual curiosity that makes a great psychiatrist. Always seems more interested in making sure she got your credit card (yes - she actually takes it at the end of every session….makes one feel like you’re going through a drive-though) than in actually caring for your child’s well-being. If you can’t find anyone else with availability and you know what you need, will do in a pinch - but would not recommend if you are truly in need of skilled diagnostic care or seeking a caring provider.

Only meet our child and us online. Frequently late to appointments and did not seem invested in assessing the effectiveness of the medication prescribed. Simply kept renewing prescriptions.

We had a great experience with Dr. Feinberg. My daughter is usually shy and does not talk much, but Dr. Feinberg was able to connect and make my daughter feel at ease. My daughter liked playing with the toys in her office. She was very knowledgeable about medications and does a very thorough evaluation to figure out the diagnosis. She monitors very carefully and truly cares how her patients are doing. I am grateful for her care, and I am so happy my daughter is feeling better.

Excellent medical provider and provided outstanding guidance and prescription to my daughter. We always found Dr. Feinberg a compassionate and empathetic medical professional. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Dr Feinberg is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her diagnosis and treatment. She truly cares about her patients and connected very well with my daughter. We appreciate all she has done to help my daughter thrive in her life. She collaborated with her therapist and school staff to work as a team to provide excellent care. We rate our experience with Dr. Feinberg as negative. She has a stiff and awkward demeanor that makes it hard to connect to her or to feel as if she is actually listening and attending to you individually. She seems to respond with training but not with compassion or warmth or genuine curiosity. At the time we started with her we could not find anyone else with openings. During our almost 2 years with her, she withheld crucial information from us, the parents, revealed to her by an adolescent dependent under 16 years of age. By not directly sharing this information with us and referring to it only vaguely, a tragic event occurred that likely would not have happened if she had only spoken openly and transparently to us -- not with hints or vague suggestions. At no time has she presented herself as an ally or someone who cares. She is a businesswoman, and that is the guiding principle of how she operates. She seems to substitute efficiency for genuine competence and professionalism. Goi

Terrible - do not bring your kids to her. She doesn't relate to children, is mostly standoffish, doesn't answer phone calls and has antiquated technology. Additionally she failed to call in refills on multiple occasions when they were due risking my daughter being sick.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Really made my son very comfortable. Great with kids.
