World class experience. She spent so much time with me reviewing results and really made sure I connected with what was happening, and understood everything. I really liked her staff too. Very kind and compassionate.

My experience with Dr. Carpenter has been all positive. She took the time to explain my imaging and pathology reports as well as my options during my initial visit. This allowed me to make an informed decision about my care. I felt supported in my decision. She also told me about her upcoming vacation time so I would understand the scheduling choices for my mastectomies. I have been very pleased with my medical team during this overwhelming cancer treatment journey.

This is Michele Carpenter and I apologize to Bill L that I came across that way and since I cannot access my profile to privately respond today for some reason, I am openly apologizing to you and your wife. I wish you the best in the future. Sincerely I mean this as I have rarely had this experienced by my patients.

I did not have a positive experience with Michele Carpenter. She was condescending and defensive when we asked more questions about the surgery. She said, " I already explained this several times before"! We were calm so she back tracked but still for a surgeon to show that they were having a bad day is never good.

I was referred to Dr. carpenter by my GP as I was feeling apprehensive about a breast that looked “different”. Being a 20 yr breast cancer survivor I’m always paranoid about my breasts! I saw Dr. c Carpenter in the next week after explaining my apprehension and the receptionist worked me in... very thoughtful. Turns out all was well and Dr.Carpenter was so nice and sweet. I really liked her manner. I am going to go to her yearly now after my mammogram. She’s great

Amazing Dr! Takes her time, very good bedside manner, explains everything so we can understand all options and treatments available. She recommended my oncologist and plastic surgeon, the three of them gave me such great treatment! Having breast cancer and a mastectomy was a very hard journey to be on, but she made the journey so much easier, I can’t say enough about her and her staff! Highly recommend Dr Carpenter??

Dr. Carpenter is amazing! She explained my diagnosis to me thoroughly and why certain treatments were necessary. She is knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. She performed a lumpectomy and my breast looks great. It doesn't look like I had surgery. My scar healed quickly and no longer visible. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a surgeon without hesitation.
