Office staff is rude and pretty much refuses to help. If something was sent to them, they say it was not. When something is sent a 2nd time they say it was not. When you call to talk about appointments, they do not answer. Leaving messages is a waste of time because they still do not call anyone back. For a medical facility it seems they do not wish to get money.

This is for my daughter. She saw him for a lump in her arm. At 1st he said he was extremely concerned, to the point if he could he would take her into surgery that day. But of course needed insurance approval. So she waited, weeks went by & she called them only to be told oops, an office staff had sent the info in wrong. More waiting. Then need another scan, which was done wrong also. But she brought it to their attention that she was told this could be a serious so insisted on a surgery date asap. Finally goes in to have surgery & this surgeon is feeling the OPPOSITE arm & tells her it must be gone! She says no its not, now its actually bigger, but it's on this other arm. He then feels that arm & says cant find it. But she can & so can the nurse! So nurse steps in & says she's going to prep for surgery. When my daughter woke up he did not come see her or talk to her. She gets informed by the nurse, thank God you insisted bc it was larger than they thought. Won't go to him ever again.

Had my gallbladder and hernia removed, very profesional and no scar!!! :)

Extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was able to make appropriate decisions in the middle of surgery to ensure a safe surgery for the patient.
