The entire experience was great for my son's procedure; Dr Matouk was fantastic, and the results are awesome. Thats where it stopped for me; after all the pre-authorizations and out-of-pocket expenses the Hospital billed for another $4400.00. This was after we paid $7500 to Matouk's office. After months of back-and-forth with Matouk's billing department and countless conversations with the Hospital and insurance my son was sent to collections (18 years old). Insurance company claims it's Matouk's office that made the error and we should actually be owed money. Matouk's office hasn't taken any further action to resolve the problem. Somehow after all of the authorizations, we are expected to pay 65% more out of pocket than we were quoted to resolve the collections issue.

Had major surgery to rebuild bone in upper and lower jaw in order to get permanent dentures. Dr. Matouk and his staff were absolutely amazing! Had no problems resulting from the surgeries; the follow-ups were great; and all-in-all, would highly recommend this group!

Very modern, clean, up to date facility. Everyone is polite, friendly and highly professional. I was given a local anesthetic and felt no pain while three teeth were extracted. Experienced some throbbing after the anesthetic wore off, but it was gone within a few hours. It could be just the way my body works, but I healed quicker than I expected. On the fun side; some of my favorite my favorite music was playing, while i was in the waiting room.

Dr. Matouk is a gifted oral surgeon. I had all my 4 wisdom teeth removed plus 3 other at one time and I didn’t even have to take one pain killer and has no swelling. He is amazing!!! Super kind, generous and with a wonderful caring staff. I can’t say enough of him. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon you would be doing yourself a favor to go to Dr. Matouk.

Dr. Matouk is and excellent oral surgeon. I am one of those very frightened patients in all things dental. When I go there, everyone on the staff is so welcoming and kind, from the front desk to check out. If you need any type of oral surgery I strongly recommend Dr. Matouk.

Be prepared to Wait! I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my first Consultation visit. For a 9:00 appointment I waited 2 hours. If they know they are running that late, they should call. Very unprofessional. When asked why people that arrived after me were taken first, I as told because their appointment was before me which meant they schedule 3-4 people for the same time. Make sure you bring your " Patience" with you when you come here!

I am extremely happy that my dentist recommended Dr. Matouk's office for my oral surgical needs. His staff is very professional and kind and Dr. Matouk is very gentle and did a wonderful job in making sure that I did not feel any pain during my procedure. My follow-up exam was excellent, in great part, due to his staff's explanation of what I should and should not do after my surgery. I was released with a clean bill of health! Kuddos to Dr. Matouk and his fine staff for a job well done.

Total success, I have to thank my dentist again and again for this fantastic referral.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend this facility. The staff is rude, incompetent, and do not act professionally. Another Florida failure.

The doctor and staff were amazing with their knowledge and compassion

I've been coming to this office for years. So professional more important I've never had one bit of pain or discomfort after any of my procedures . The entire staff make you feel comfortable and are extremely sensitive to your fears when coming to the office. When you need an oral surgeon my option no need to look any farther.

Dr. Matouk saw me while vacationing for an emergency visit. He us extremely kind and a true professional. I teceived excellent care from this fine gentleman. Additionally, his staff goes to great lengths to assist and accomodate you.
