Did a great job on my knee replacement

This practice kept me waiting 45 minutes, the doctor reviewed the wrong chart and did not remember that I had already had X-rays and done physical therapy. Tried to send me to a provider Aetna does NOT cover for my MRI. Wrote the instructions for the MRI wrong and only offered Houston Methodist Imaging which wanted to charge $2,500/493.60 copay. I found a free standing clinic that only charges $500/100 copay. The office sent the wrong order, documented nothing when the imaging center requested new orders. The doctors office then sent the orders to the wrong imaging center again.

Dr. Monmouth is a phenomenal surgeon! There's a reason I have returned to him for Orthopedic needs over the past 20 years. He's attentive, listens to the patient, explains precautions/risks and proceeds according to the patient's wishes. When it reached the point replacements could no longer be put off(my choice), he strategically and methodically replaced 4 of my joints, one at a time within a relatively short period (honoring my timeline while addressing safety). Still healing, but already everything feels superior to how it did prior to surgery. I have confidently recommended him to others!

Dr Monmouth is an excellent surgeon who will go the extra mile. He performed an ACL repair on my husband and we were both very impressed by the level of care.

Seems to be a good doctor but he did rush the appointment with my mom and did not address all of the issues. The wait times to see this doctor are simply unacceptable. First of all, patients are required to arrive 30 minutes ahead of their appointment, but are still kept waiting in the lobby for 1-1/2 hours. I had to make another appointment for my mom and questioned the 30 minutes arrival window and said that it was ridiculous. The front desk said that if I didn't arrive early, that Dr. Monmouth had to right to refuse to see me! So.....it's ok to keep me waiting, not to keep him waiting?!?!?

Dr. Monmouth is a wonderful doctor. The only problem I have had is with his staff. They are not people friendly. They can sometimes be inpatient.

Dr Monmouth is an amazing doctor and person. He helps you understand your condition and options. He also helped me with pain mgmt after my surgery. The staff is awesome. Nurses are very caring and professional.

Doctor did not take time to address all medical risks. My biggest mistake was not getting a second opinion elsewhere. Would not recommend this doctor.

Over 3 hours of wait time before seeing dr. Monmouth - this was with an appointment & arriving 15 minutes early per office request. The wait would have been longer, but the nurse detained us after we said we were leaving. Once seen, Dr. Monmouth looked more than felt the injury. In fact, he spent more time demonstrating how to use crutches than examine. The office staff (front desk & check out) are unfriendly, to say the least. All show their thoughts without words; their face speaks volumes

After waiting more than one and a half hours each on two separate visits Dr Monmouth was by far the worst Doctor I've ever dealt with. I was terribly misinformed regarding side effects of the treatment and He completely ignored information on my medical background resulting in rash and undue pain.

The problem isn?t Dr. Monmouth. It is getting to see him. The first time early in the morning, no problem. The next visit, about an hour and 20 minutes before I was even called to an examination room. After another 20 minutes, I asked how much longer and was told that there were still three people before me. The same thing today. Arrived on time, waited 30 minutes, and then was told three people still before me. Not one person called into waiting room while I sat there. Will not return.
