There is a reason why he is rated so low: -No Ability to directly contact his office -Only generic emails containing contradicting or information not addressing the concern. - You are only given a generic Kaiser appointment line number -They Give out this number as a “call back” number, knowing it’s impossible to call them back on it - Left a message “closing out” the concern without ever speaking to me

Patient from Kaiser. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. I tried to lighten things up, but didn't respond and just shrugged it off. Thankfully his nurse is nice at least, but man he has got to learn how to be warm and friendly to his patients.

His attitude indicates he doesn't care about his patients. He missed early signs of liver dishes in my mother until the damage was done.
