I have had three kidney stone surgeries over five years with Dr. Wollin, as well as several office consultations. He is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable; informative; always making sure all of your questions or concerns are addressed. He is a pleasure to deal with.

I had an appointment with Dr. Wollin on Sept. 17, 2019 but the lady at the desk said i hadn't. She was wrong. I have the card with my appointment for Sept. 17. I don't the staff was very friendly. I've gone to Dr. Wollin since 1997 and never experienced this rudeness before. I live in Charlton and it's not as if his office is around the corner.

0 stars, Dr. Wollin was bnice but the staff there is rude. make sure you’re in your network. My doctor referred me to Worcester Urological, an the staff at Worcester Urological insisted I was in the Network an not to worry about it. I even said I’ll re-schedule an double check an they said no they’ll take care of it and proceeded to take my $60 co-pay. Then waited over an hour to be taken in. Looked like everyone or most people went to lunch. Billed in full by his staff for not being in network?

Dr. Wollin and staff are the most caring medical professionals I have encountered in 59 years. I had a terrible experience with a "urologist" and was desperate to find one who listened and understood my needs. One call to Worcester Urological Associates was all it took. Kristen listened to me and made me an appt. right away, and in only weeks my problem was taken care of. I would still be waiting to just SEE the other "doctor"! Dr. Wollin is magic! This office makes you feel like family.

Dr. Wollin is easily one of the best doctors I have seen. He answers any questions and explains everything very well. Bedside manner is 5/5 and he finally gave me answers I didn't get after seeing several other doctors. He did everything he could to take care of my issue quickly and minimize discomfort as much as possible. He takes extra time out of the office to call and follow up if there was an issue presented to him previously. Very comfortable and confident in his care. Kind and dedicated
