Absolutely top notch Doctor
When I first went to see Dr Wolff, I had been suffering from lower back pain for a number of years and extreme sciatica for months. I was so impressed at our first meeting by his ability to listen intently and to respond with knowledge & clarity about the options. I then knew I'd finally found someone who could help. A week later he aspirated a spinal cyst that greatly reduced the sciatic pain. The next month I was even more impressed with the knowledge and skill of Dr. Wolff and his surgical team before, during and after the Discseel procedure. They put me at ease and informed me as they worked what they were doing and what to expect. I didn't feel a thing! The post OP care was just as kind, caring and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Wolff to anyone who suffers from spinal disc issues. I would like to thank him and Nurse Callie Peck, a highly skilled member of his surgical team for their availability to answer questions and provide the needed feedback when necessary.

Fantastic physician!
I had hip pain for years from ligament tears. I tried medication and physical therapy without any improvement. Dr. Wolf injected my hip with platelet rich plasma and exosomes. Within 7-10 days I was essentially pain free. He was extremely knowledgeable and caring. I couldn’t recommend him any more highly!

Best pain relief doctor in metro Phoenix
SW Sports and Spine is a great practice. The staff are friendly, caring, and competent. Dr. Wolff asks questions and listens to your answers. He is able to find the source of your pain, explain what he can do to alleviate it, and then stop the pain. He also looks for other related problems and refers you to another specialist if needed. The surgical center that he does procedures in is also a five star facility. Dr Wolff has improved my life, and my wife's life, tremendously.

Dr. Wolff- SWSS is the Home of Hope and Healing!
I can’t say enough about how Dr. Wolff and his team have changed my life. Until a couple of years ago I was feeling really strong and healthy making steel sculptures when I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of my hands especially my thumbs. I could not believe the lack of treatment options for such a crippling disease. The first cortisone shot calmed the inflammation but not the second which left surgery the only option from the traditional medical community including Mayo. The pain from doing almost anything in conjunction with the fear of further damage made me desperate to find an actual healing option. Thankfully I found Dr. Wolff’s website and have been his biggest fan since. It has been 2 1/2 months since he injected exosomes into both my thumbs and I am thrilled. I saw improvement almost immediately and have seen even more the last few weeks. I am back to doing what I love and makes me feel good!

Dr. Wolff is an outstanding physician, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has spent the last 10 years researching and developing effective non-surgical alternative treatments for degenerative disc disease (DDD) and you owe it to yourself to hear about his approach before getting spine surgery. I was diagnosed with DDD in early 2022. One surgeon I saw wanted to do a minimally invasive decompression (MILD) at two levels and another wanted to do a much more aggressive two-level fusion. Before I went under the knife, I did some research online into alternative options and that is where I discovered Dr. Wolf and his significantly less radical approach to treating the disease. I set up a tele-medicine appointment and met with Dr. Wolf after he reviewed my MRI. He explained his approach using easy to understand language. He said that he had been working on alternative treatments whereby he injects a sealant into the outer ring of the disc, to seal any ruptures, and then injects the inside of the discs with exosomes (derived from stem cells) to stimulate regeneration of the disc itself. He spent 45 minutes with me explaining the procedure and did not end the call until all of my questions were answered. He told me that he would never over promise as to the results I could expect, and in fact he said that he would rather under-promise, and over deliver on the results. That is exactly what he did! It has now been 3 months since I had the procedure, and the results are kicking in. Prior to the injections I experienced pain when walking and standing even for brief periods of time. I can now walk twice as far as I could without being in pain and stand for twice as long. I had given up my hobbies of hiking and cooking due to the pain, but because of this treatment I am back to doing both. That is exactly the outcome I was looking for. And Dr. Wolff says that I can probably expect further improvement over the next 3 months. I cannot begin to thank Dr. Wolff and his excellent staff (especially his nurse Callie) for giving me my life back.

Top Notch Doctor
yesterday I came for my second visit and I was put at ease from the moment I came in. Doctor Wolff was referred to me by another top notch doctor. I was not disappointed. His expertise and confidence shows. Not that he needs a review to confirm this, but just wanted to give credit where it is due. I appreciate the work he has done towards my back recovery.

Could not be happier with Dr. Wolf
Dr. Wolf treated me with epidural injections for 3 years. Each time the process was well-run. I always asked for sedation and it is fine. Pain disappears for a month, then slowly comes back, which is expected. I finally got spinal stabilization and fusion at Barrow which went perfectly. The only downside is I won't be seeing Dr. Wolf anymore. He always took the time to explain what my problem was and how he would help.

The initial visit went good. Dr Wolff recommended a procedure and said the office would contact me when they received approval from my insurance company. I missed their call on April 18, 2018 to schedule the procedure. The next day I returned the call and left a voice mail but never received a response. I have been calling the office numerous times over the past 2+ weeks. No one ever answers the phone, it just goes to voice mail. Messages have not been returned.

I've used Dr Wolff for a few years and am very happy with his care. He is easy to schedule with, easy to contact, communicates well, gives honest and accurate analysis of issues and treats with precision. Dr Wolff is also big on cutting edge medicine and new technology. I received PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment for a chronic tennis elbow and saw relief where nothing else had worked. I would highly recommend Dr. Wolff and his whole office.

A top notch experience with Dr Wolff! I collapsed three times and ended up in the ER with back spasms, not knowing what was wrong. I was terrified! After being referred to him by another reknowned doctor in town who he had personally cared for, I came to him with my MRI showing I had a bulging disc. What was so impressive to me what the fact that he was able to quickly catch the herniation of my disc that the MRI report didn’t even show! I highly, highly recommend him!

I have seen Dr. Michael Wolf for both my right shoulder in 2015 and my low back in 2016. In both cases he looked for all the details to get down to the route cause of what is causing the pain. I truly felt like a patient and not a number like other doctors offices I have been to. He is down to earth and understand being a busy parent and trying to managing everything as he has 5 kids of this own.

Dr. Wolff is one of the most caring individuals I have come across. I developed a terrible case of plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I went to see Dr. Wolff and he took the time to get to know me, my habits (hiking), pain levels, "fears" (injections), etc. After a cortisone shot proved inaffective, we decided on going through the "Platelet Rich Plasma' therapy (PRP).....and knowing my intolerance of pain with injections, he also performed what is called a tibial block injection....making i
